The theme of this second meeting will be: Financialization between expropriation, repression and de-risking, with the participation of Guilherme Gon\u00e7alves \u2013 IESP\/UERJ.<br \/>\nThe dialogues are being held by the BRICS Policy Center in partnership with the Mais Democracia Institute, Casa 11- Sebo e Livraria, Observat\u00f3rio de Favelas and Rebrip and aim to promote conversations about how international issues affect people\u2019s daily lives, especially the most vulnerable.
