What differences guide the conception and action of these new actors in relation to the practices institutionalized by convencional donors? What role can emerging States and groups play for the governance and transformation of armed conflicts in the current context of the crisis of multilateralism?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Colloquium will be discussed by Prof. Monica Herz (GSUM\/IRI-PUC-Rio) and chaired by Prof. Ma\u00edra Siman (GSUM\/IRI-PUC-Rio).
