On\u00a0\u00a0September 23rd<\/sup>, the\u00a0BRICS Policy Center<\/strong><\/b>\u00a0participated in a reception for\u00a0Russia Higher School of Economics<\/a>\u00a0(Moscow, Russia) at\u00a0PUC-Rio<\/a>. The event was organized by PUC-Rio\u2019s\u00a0International Cooperation Central Coordination Office (CCCI)<\/a>\u00a0and notably attended by Prof. Agnes Christian Chaves Faria (PUC-Rio Law School) and Dr. Ricardo Borges Alencar (Deputy Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs, CCCI PUC-Rio). To represent HSE, attended the vice-rector Sergei Erofeev, Dr. Milkhail Komarov and Leonid Grigoryev. BPC was represented by the International Relations Institute (IRI) Supervisor and Director Prof.\u00a0Paulo Esteves\u00a0and\u00a0Lia Lopes, Administrative Coordinator in Charge of the BPC\u2019s international partnerships.<\/p>\n

During the meeting, participants discussed the possibility of creating an accord of cooperation between the two universities, as well as partnerships for the study of BRICS countries and international relations. The visiting professors also met with PUC-Rio vice-dean Father Fransisco Ivern<\/p>\n
