The agreement between the two universities, which aims to\u00a0<strong>facilitate cooperation for the academic enrichment of the institutions and their students and researchers<\/strong>, will allow\u00a0<strong>exchange programmes<\/strong>\u00a0between undergraduate students of both universities, including the International Relations course of PUC-Rio.<\/p>\n<p>The partnership will see, also, the realisation of\u00a0<strong>joint projects<\/strong>\u00a0including research involving\u00a0<strong>areas of interest to the BRICS Policy Center.<\/strong>\u00a0Among the institutions of the University of Witwatersrand is the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.witsschoolofgovernance.co.za\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wits School of Governance<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0which studies the area of governance, policy management and development of the public sector, areas of great interest to the BRICS countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The\u00a0Institute of International Relations of PUC-Rio\u00a0and its\u00a0BRICS Policy Center\u00a0have just finalised a partnership with the\u00a0University of the Witwatersrand\u00a0of Johannesburg,\u00a0South Africa.
