This year\u2019s theme was\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cDi\u00e1logo de Saberes\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>(Dialogues of Knowledge). The\u00a0<strong>GSUM<\/strong>\u00a0was represented by its researchers in two panels during the event.<\/p>\n<p>The first panel, whose title was\u00a0<strong>\u201cRegional Practices and Challenges in Conflict Resolution in Latin America\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0counted with the participation of\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bricspolicycenter.org\/nossa-equipe\/claudia-fuentes\/\" target=\"_self\">Prof. Claudia Fuentes<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0with the work\u00a0<strong>\u201cBrazil in Conflict Resolution: Principles, policies and practices\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bricspolicycenter.org\/homolog\/sobre_equipe_academica\/details\/216\" target=\"_self\">Prof. M\u00f4nica Herz<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0as discussant.<\/p>\n<p>The second panel, entitled\u00a0<strong>\u201cConcepts, theories and practices in international peace mediation and peacebuilding\u201d<\/strong>, was organized by<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"\/?p=2046\" target=\"_self\">Prof. Maria Siman Gomes<\/a><\/strong>, GSUM&#8217;s deputy coordinator.
