The meeting was organized by Professor Isabel Rocha de Siqueira and members of ACD-Rede and brought together collectives from the Baixada Fluminense and various territories of Rio de Janeiro involved in building local agendas for sustainable development. The initiative was a feedback session on research and outreach, resulting from dialogues that have been taking place since 2025 within the context of projects funded by CNPq, Faperj, and the Ford Foundation, the latter in partnership with the BRICS Policy Center&#8217;s Socio-environmental Platform.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting also continues the collective work and aims at the next steps of the projects in a spirit of active listening and collaboration.
