Launched to mark the 15th anniversary of the BPC, the Notebook presents the trajectory of BRICS, its institutional functioning, the group’s strategic role in global governance, and the challenges arising from its expansion to the BRICS+ format. By engaging with other multilateral platforms, such as the G20, the material seeks to contribute to an integrated understanding of global dynamics and international asymmetries.<\/p>\n
