The event was part of a lecture series dedicated to the theme <em data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"779\">\u201cIntegration and Synergy between Academia and Diplomatic Practice\u201d<\/em> and brought together Ambassador Gelson Fonseca Junior (IRBr\/UnB), Professor Monica Herz, PhD, and Dr. Feliciano de S\u00e1 Guimar\u00e3es (USP).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"916\" data-end=\"1389\">Dr. Monica Herz is a researcher at the Global South Unit for Mediation (GSUM), an initiative of the Institute of International Relations at PUC-Rio, through the BRICS Policy Center, established in 2013.
