The BRICS Policy Center\/PUC-Rio invites everyone to the debate \u201cClimate Justice Towards COP30\u201d, held in partnership with OXFAM, on November 5th at 11:00 AM, at the BPC headquarters in Laranjeiras.<\/p>\n
In the debate, speakers will address the multiple dimensions of Climate Justice, understood as a political and ethical response to environmental and social inequalities. The discussion will highlight the disproportionate impacts of the crisis on the poorest and most vulnerable populations, in contrast to the concentration of economic and environmental power in the hands of elites who continue to promote activities with a high impact on biodiversity and human rights.<\/p>\n
