On October 8, Luis Gouveia Jr.<\/a>, Research Fellow at the BRICS Policy Center at PUC-Rio, presented a paper entitled \u201cWater, Energy, and Peace in the BRICS: A Missing Link?\u201d during the 2025 Water-Energy-Peace Nexus Symposium, organized by The Environmental Peacebuilding Association<\/p>\n

The article is part of research on security and peace issues within the BRICS conducted by the researcher during his stay at BPC\/PUC-Rio, under the supervision of IRI\/PUC-Rio professor and BPC researcher Monica Herz.<\/p>\n
