The series \u201cVale a Pena Perguntar\u201d<\/em> and its accompanying publication address relevant topics such as artificial intelligence, the environment, and labor. The theme of the new season is centered around the upcoming BRICS summit, which will take place in Rio de Janeiro on July 6 and 7, with Brazil presiding over the meeting. Entitled \u201cBRICS and the New Multipolar Global Order,\u201d<\/em> it analyzes the trajectory, expansion, and contradictions of the BRICS, showing how this heterogeneous bloc of emerging countries seeks to influence global governance.<\/p>\n

The first two episodes explore the evolution and growth of the BRICS, highlighting their efforts to gain a greater role in global governance and the leadership role currently played by Brazil. The final two episodes focus on the bloc’s economic goals and the tensions sparked by agendas such as de-dollarization, as well as the geopolitical implications of the inequalities among member countries \u2014 especially in a context of intensifying competition between the United States and China.
