MAPI, the professional master’s program of IRI\/PUC-Rio, has published a capstone titled “BRICS and Climate: Challenges and Perspectives in Global Governance”<\/em>, in partnership with the Climate and Society Institute (iCS), as a final project for the course Conflict Resolution and Cooperation for Development<\/em>, taught by Professor Paulo Esteves.<\/p>\n

Under the guidance of Lucca Rizzo, Senior Specialist Leader in Climate Finance at iCS, the work of students Fl\u00e1via Joanna Almeida, Hannah de Gregorio Le\u00e3o, and Laryssa Nunes analyzed the climate commitments of BRICS countries and how the bloc has been addressing climate change.
