The panel, moderated by Isabel Rocha de Siqueira, Director of IRI\/PUC-Rio, discussed, from various perspectives, the expectations and challenges of Brazil\u2019s BRICS presidency next year.<\/p>\n<p>During the second panel of the event, the authors of the Guide were present: Marta Fern\u00e1ndez, Director of the BRICS Policy Center; Maria Elena Rodriguez, Deputy Director; and Renan Canellas, Research Assistant.
