Our director, Dr. Marta F\u00e9rnandez, together with BPC researcher and IRI professor Dr. Jimmy Klausen and our administrative coordinator, Lia Frota, met with Prof. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh, Dr. Nguyen Hung Son &#8211; both from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam &#8211; and Gen.
