Dr. Marta is an associate professor at the Institute of International Relations (IRI) at PUC-Rio, having been president of the Brazilian Association of International Relations between 2021 and 2023, and director of IRI between 2016 and 2020.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>IRI thanks Professor Ana Saggioro Garcia for her work as director of the BRICS Policy Center from 2021 to 2023.
