Raquel Concei\u00e7\u00e3o Santos, a master’s student at the Institute of International Relations of the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-Rio), won the 2nd Runner Up Master Category for Political and Economic Governance Theme at the 2nd BRICS Post-graduate Forum. A researcher in the thematic axis of Governance and Development\/Political Economy and supervised by Professor Isabel Rocha de Siqueira, she presented her work on the discourse of de-dollarization that has been widely disseminated in the context of the BRICS, understanding it as a mechanism for attracting more developing countries to join the group. The methodology applied was discourse analysis.
