The new cooperation agreement is with the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.unq.edu.ar\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Universidad Nacional de Quilmes<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and foresees, besides the exchange of students between the two universities, mutual cooperation with the &#8220;Winter\/Summer School of International Cooperation for Development and Dialogue of South-South&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Winter\/Summer School is an initiative of <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/mapi.iri.puc-rio.br\/\"><b>MAPI<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and BPC, with dates still to be confirmed, and will promote research and exchange opportunities among South American students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
