For the ninth consecutive year, the BPC is recognized among the best Think Tanks of the world. The result has been released by the Global Go To Think Tank Index Report 2019<\/a><\/strong>, produced by the University of Pennsylvania<\/a>. The report is the outcome of a survey answered by more than 3.974 academicians, public and private donners, decision-makers and journalists. The ranking gathers over 8.000 Think Tanks across the world.<\/div>\n

In 2019, the BPC is among the top 10 \u201cBest Think Tanks in Central and South America\u201d, having conquered 17 positions since 2016. The center also stood out in the category \u201cBest University-Affiliated Think Tanks\u201d, as the best in Brazil and 7th best worldwide. In the \u201cBest Transdisciplinary Research Think Tank\u201d ranking, BRICS Policy Center is among the top five worldwide and is the best in Brazil for the category.<\/p>\n

The BPC is also Brazil\u2019s best in the following categories: \u201cTop Science and Technology Think Tanks\u201d and \u201cBest Think Tank Network\u201d.\u00a0In addition, the Center gained prominence for the first time in the category \u201cTop Social Policy Think Tank\u201c, occupying the third position in Brazil.<\/p>\n

The BRICS Policy Center, founded in 2010, is affiliated with the\u00a0International Relations Institute (IRI)<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0Pontif\u00edcia Universidade Cat\u00f3lica do Rio de Janeiro<\/a>.<\/p>\n
