The T20 is chaired by the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) in coordination with the Japan Institute of International Affairs (JIIA) as well as the Institute for International Monetary Affairs (IIMA) and serves as a research and policy advice network assisting the G20 countries regarding scientific and political issues. During the conference, think tanks from different countries sought to develop innovative political recommendations aiming to help the G20 countries address urgent global challenges as well as generate inclusive and sustainable growth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the first day of the conference, <\/span><b>Dr. Paulo Esteves<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Director of BRICS Policy Center and Associate Professor at the International Relations Institute of PUC-Rio, participated in a panel discussion regarding the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), science, technology, innovations and the necessary paths to follow.
