Gabriela Nogueira

Master’s candidate in International Relations at PUC-Rio. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, working on topics such as: relations between gender and conflict, violence and pacification; Women, Peace and Security agenda; and approaches to conflict-related sexual violence and sexual abuse and exploitation. She is interested in the studies of expertise; critical military studies; civil-military relations; memory studies. She is an assistant researcher at the Global South Unit for Mediation (GSUM) and is a member of the Feminist Observatory of International Relations (OFRI).
