The necessity and urgency to allocate resources has been politicized\, and climate change denials have gained support worldwide. \nThe main objectives of the second International Conference of the Jean Monnet Network ‘Crisis-Equity-Democracy for Europe and Latin America’ are to discuss policies strategies and political effects related to climate change and the economic transformations towards lower carbon economies.
